Sometimes, not all the information you want about someone is available via Google or another search engine. What you can use is an online " Record" service, which is usually the quickest and easiest way to get the information you need.

Our Testing Method
We tested the various public record services the same way you would use them - we searched for the different Public records that we were looking for. Since most people search by name, we tried out criminal, court, divorce, adoption and other public record searches using names of different people. These were people we know well - staff at Rhino Reviews and family members, people who have given us their ok to look them up. Since we know all of their details, we can easily compare to the results returned to us and figure out immediately if the database is accurate or not.
We also search for people we don't know at all - criminals and other unsavory figures with criminal records. We compile an updated list from news items and then run them against the database - this way we can tell if the database has been updated recently, insuring that it is up to date.
What We Discovered
Plain and simple, not all public records services are created equal. Shockingly, many of the services we used provided only basic, outdated information - some did not have a criminal record available, when the person we search for was a convicted felon! Others claimed that there was no birth record for our target in New York - when he had been born and raised there his whole life!
While we were told we would get full background information, criminal report and credit history, we would have been better off dialing our local operator and getting the same information - it would have been cheaper and faster!
